Good Morning From Day 1 Of The 2011 Half Ton Classic Cup

The opening day of the 2011 Half Ton Classic Cup supported by South Boats has dawned warm and dry but a little overcast and with hardly any wind at all.  The forecast is for the cloud to clear and the sun to come out which will hopefully bring with it some nice sea breeze.  Currently Race Officer Rob Lamb has posted a postponement holding the crews ashore.  He and his team have gone afloat and are heading down for the Hill Head start area to review conditions and will update us as soon as they can.

View at 09.00 from the RCYC deck - no wind and the postponement flag is flying.
