Despite difficult conditions on the final day, the race committee managed to complete two additional inshore races, bringing the Seldén Half Ton Classics Cup 2026 in Hankø to a total of eight races for the championship. High winds had threatened to curtail racing, but a delayed start allowed enough of a weather window to finish the scheduled program.
After seven races, 2Farr held the overall lead, with The Pub and Harmony close behind. The final two races on Day 5 therefore proved decisive in settling the overall standings after a week that featured a mix of windward-leeward racing and offshore/coastal courses.
In true Half Ton style, the sailors celebrated the conclusion of the regatta with the Banquet & Award Ceremony at the Hankø Hotel & Spa. After the trophies have been presented and the achievements of the week recognised, the celebrations will continue long into the evening with the official after-party, providing a fitting finale to another memorable Half Ton Classics Cup.
